ANNUAL SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE

Committed to promoting literacy and education in Dominica, DARDA has developed an annual School Supply Drive targeting schools in underprivileged villages throughout Dominica. DARDA will select a number of students and provide each one with a book bag filled with school supplies for the entire school year.

ANNUAL CHRISTMAS TOY DRIVE

DARDA’s annual Toy Drive is a continuous effort by Dominicans living in America to bring the joy of Christmas to less fortunate children of the island of Dominica.

 Toys are collected each year and shipped to the island at Christmastime to be distributed among the poor villages.

DARDA collects toys and cash donations year round.

The National Day Celebration is an event where family and friends come together in a great cultural experience to enjoy music, traditional dances, stories and our national dress.  This celebration helps to promote a greater understanding of Dominica's rich heritage.  Proceeds from the celebration benefit various needy causes in Dominica.
